the Story

This large-scale ink-on-canvas work by Nour Bazerbashi is a vibrant, spontaneous celebration of collective expression. Conceived as an open visual dialogue, the artwork was completed through the participation of multiple artists, each adding their own symbols, lines, words, and emotions to the canvas.

Alongside Nour, contributions were made by: Muhannad Orabi, Jenny Asber, Zeina Khoury, Ibrahim Samadi, Suzan Najem Deen, and Et Arabia, transforming the piece into a shared visual diary where individual voices coexist in a single, dynamic composition.

Bold black ink lines form the foundation, while playful motifs, handwritten words, hearts, faces, icons, and cultural references emerge organically across the surface. The result is a raw, joyful, and layered artwork that reflects friendship, memory, identity, and the beauty of creative collaboration. Each mark tells a story, and together they create a living map of collective imagination.

This one-of-a-kind piece is ideal for expansive walls, creative spaces, and collectors seeking artwork that carries both artistic energy and human connection. More than a painting, it is a testament to community, spontaneity, and the power of art made together.
