  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

  • How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs.

  • Do you handle customs and duties?

All international shipments are handled by our shipping partner, including customs processing. Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country’s customs authorities must be paid by the client.

  • All orders are delivered wrapped as a gift
  • The delivery will include a gift card and a gift receipt for any online exchange
    • All orders can be returned within 7 days after the shipment is received to the address provided.
    • The return request can be initiated from the profile under Orders History, or by contacting us at art@sooqbeirut.com
    • If your order was received as a gift, please contact us at art@sooqbeirut.com and share the order number mentioned on the gift receipt.
