Early Life:
Born in Beirut amid the turmoil of the Lebanese civil war, Hiba’s childhood was marked by anxiety. Despite the challenges, her artistic talent surfaced early, reflecting themes of family, home, and peace. Graduating in 2000 from the Lebanese American University, she immersed herself in Beirut’s creative world, prioritizing curiosity and discovery.
Early Career:
Transitioning to a Marketing role, Hiba contributed to international projects for brands like L’OREAL, BACARDI, and NESTLE. She then moved to Dubai in 2006, delving into its cosmopolitan culture. Despite challenges, she continued her creative journey with diverse roles in marketing and visual communication.
Transformation:
In 2010, the global economic crisis led her to Apple in the USA, marking a pivotal shift in her professional vision. Disconnected from the Middle East, she felt the absence of tight-knit Arab communities in the West. Driven by her attachment to her roots, she returned in 2014, blending past themes with future projects in Dubai.
