Nadine Track
Nadine Track’s journey began as a young woman during Lebanon’s most iconic civil war of the 20th century. As a Red Cross volunteer, she turned to photography as a way of making sense of the devastation and capturing moments for posterity. After the war ended, Nadine pursued a degree in communication arts and went on to work with major advertising companies, including Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey WorldWide, as an agency creative. A decade ago, she moved to Quebec where she studied digital photography and launched her career as a professional street photographer, also shooting portraits, sports events, advertising, and fashion. Combining her passion for art and photography, Nadine developed a unique style of “painterly photography” to tell stories that reflect her imagination and the world around her.
Today, Nadine travels the world to capture moments and tell stories through her lens. Her work has been displayed in solo exhibitions in Beirut, Dubai, Montreal, Toronto, and other art fairs. She is known for her signature technique of embedding light into metallic surfaces, luminous canvas, and silver glass, which has earned her special distinctions in art fairs like Spectrum Miami (2018) and Artexpo New York (2019) as the most original booth and one of the top 5 discoveries, respectively. Nadine’s work transforms 2D pieces into 3D pieces that are never quite the same, changing in appearance as the viewer moves.
