the Story
The treacherous dirt road twisted and turned, filled with loose gravel and deep potholes, but for rally champion Juan Carlos Mothe, it was just another exhilarating challenge. With the speedometer at its max and the rev counter deep in the red, Juan Carlos was pushing his car to the limit, feeling invincible with only five kilometers left to secure his victory. His co-pilot, Andrés Sisin, however, was less confident, his voice trembling as he tried to give directions: “Ver… ver… very danger… dangerous… sharp… r… r… right… t… t… turn…” Just then, the chaos hit—a misjudged turn and the car went flying. Hours later, Andrés woke up in a hospital bed, only to hear Juan Carlos—his rally hero—muttering angrily from the bed next to him, both of them wrapped in bandages. “I’m gonna kill him… I’ll kill him… the next time I see him…”
