Huroof
AED 30,000
the Story
“Huroof” is a refined sculptural work by Shamsa Juma, inspired by the fluid beauty of Arabic letters. Crafted in black stoneware clay, the sculpture translates calligraphy into a three-dimensional form where language becomes movement, balance, and presence. Two similar calligraphy sculptures placed on stands on either side of the balcony after the entrance will create a balanced and welcoming focal point. Their sculptural forms and soft ceramic tones frame the passageway with a sense of rhythm and symmetry, guiding movement while maintaining visual calm. Minimal yet expressive, “Huroof” reflects a contemporary approach to Arabic calligraphy, merging cultural heritage with modern sculptural design.
