The Curious Souls collection by Emirati ceramic artist Madar Alsuwaidi is a poetic exploration of authenticity, introspection, and the quiet strength of individuality. Hand-built from natural buff, white, off-white, and black stoneware, each faceless figure speaks in silence, inviting viewers to pause, listen, and reconnect with their inner voice.
Madar intentionally leaves her sculptures in their natural clay tones, allowing the material’s purity to reflect the essence of human emotion, raw, honest, and unfiltered. Each piece is one-of-one, impossible to duplicate, shaped by instinct and emotion rather than plan.
