Zeina Chehab

Zeina Chehab is a Lebanese contemporary artist whose creative journey is shaped by a unique blend of science and art. A self-taught painter with a background in Biology, she spent many years working as a high school science teacher while passionately developing her artistic practice.
Driven by her deep love for art, Chehab dedicated her free time to studying under renowned artists such as Georges Khayrallah, Jean-Paul, and Emanuel Guiragossian, where she mastered fundamental drawing and painting techniques. This fusion of academic discipline and artistic exploration gives her work a distinctive depth and sensitivity.
Her paintings are rooted in a continuous exploration of nature and daily life, themes that serve as a source of inspiration, memory, and hope. Through her expressive style and refined visual language, Chehab transforms reality into emotional narratives that resonate with viewers. Her work reflects a strong connection to the environment, making her a notable figure in Lebanese fine art and modern painting.
For Zeina Chehab, painting is a lifelong journey—a never-ending adventure of discovery and expression. Her artistic process is guided by curiosity, emotion, and a desire to reinterpret the world through her own sensitive perspective.
In addition to her studio practice, Chehab shares her passion by organizing outdoor painting workshops, where she mentors a select group of students and encourages creative expression in natural settings.
