• All orders are delivered wrapped as a gift
• The delivery will include a gift card and a gift receipt for any online exchange

• • All orders can be returned within 15 days after the shipment is received to the address provided.
  • The return request can be initiated from the profile under Orders History, or by contacting us at art@sooqbeirut.com
  • If your order was received as a gift, please contact us at art@sooqbeirut.com and share the order number mentioned on the gift receipt.

• Shipping within the UAE is free
• We can do custom shipping quote for International shipping orders. Please contact us at art@sooqbeirut.com

• Payment when ordering online can be by credit and debit card. 
• To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimize the risk of your details being read by an unauthorized individual as they are sent to us over the Internet

• Unless mentioned otherwise in the product description, the delivery within the UAE is the same day for orders placed before 1pm and the next day for orders placed after 1pm.
