Influenced by modern art, Lucy Poshoghlian, known artistically as ARDZIV (meaning Eagle in Armenian), has developed a distinctive style defined by expressive techniques and bold color compositions.

Choosing the name ARDZIV was a deliberate decision—while “Lucy” is European in origin, she wanted her artistic identity to be rooted in her Armenian heritage, proudly representing her culture on the international stage.

ARDZIV has participated in numerous solo and collective exhibitions across France, the United States, and Lebanon, where her works received wide acclaim from art critics. In 2008, she was awarded the “Best Design & Best Colour” Prize at Gallery Mona Lisa, Rue de Varenne, Paris, for her oil painting Puzzle.

Her paintings are uniquely signed in both English and Armenian, reflecting her mission to bring Armenian letters into homes and hearts worldwide.

ARDZIV continues to share her vision and artistry, creating works that bridge cultures and celebrate heritage through modern expression.
