Nour Bazarbashi is a Syrian artist born in 1990 in Aleppo. Her passion for art began at the age of five, when her sketchbook and wax colors became her constant companions. Supported by her parents, Nour continued to grow her talent, developing strong skills in drawing, watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting.

By the age of seven, she had created her first watercolor artwork. As she advanced, Nour learned various painting techniques, including mural painting and artistic customization on fashion. She became known for her unique hand-painted designs on jackets, dresses, hats, beach bags, and other clothing pieces—combining fine art with wearable art.

In 2011, Nour moved to Dubai, where she established herself as a prominent artist. She participated in many art exhibitions across Dubai’s major shopping centers and was featured in well-known media outlets, including Dubai TV, MBC, and several magazines. “Ahlan Arabia” magazine published an exclusive two-page feature highlighting her latest artworks.

Nour has also taught acrylic and oil painting to women and children since 2011, after studying for three years at a talent development institute in Jumeirah, Dubai. She later held a solo exhibition at Dubai Ladies Club and continues to participate in major art events and exhibitions in the UAE.

One of her notable achievements came in 2013, when two of her paintings were sold at an international public auction for more than $17,000. The proceeds were donated by Standard Chartered Bank to the “Seeing is Believing” charity initiative.

She also participated in the “Quoz Happens 2014” campaign, where her works were showcased to nearly 5,000 visitors across multiple Dubai locations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nour became one of the first artists to introduce hand-painted face masks—creative, washable designs that quickly gained attention for their originality and practicality.

Today, Nour has a wide collection of paintings, each inspired by emotion and storytelling. Every artwork carries its own narrative, expressed through thoughtful color gradients and her signature artistic style.
